Why MCW?: When I interviewed at MCW, I enjoyed my conversations with Drs. Toth and Malcom and I felt like this was a place where I would be supported during my training and where they really wanted to get to know me as a person.  Additionally, during the social event I saw how well the residents got along and it felt like a group I would fit into well.
