Favorite Aspect of Residency at MCW: MCW feels like a community. Over the years, I have built connections with people both within the IM residency program and around the hospital with nurses, fellows, residents from other programs, and attendings. There is almost never a time when I am walking through the hospital where I am not greeted by a friendly and familiar face. These relationships that I have formed have increased the confidence and trust that we have in each other.
Favorite Aspect of Milwaukee: Milwaukee is the best city in the Midwest during the summer, hands down. Between Jazz in the Park at Cathedral Square, Finks' patio on a Friday night, long walks on the beach at 7 Bridges Park, spending my evenings and weekends off outside is the highlight of every day.
One Thing You Must Try While Living in Wisconsin: I have one activity for each season. Cold plunging Lake Michigan followed by the Sauna at McKinley Marina in the winter season and kayaking on Lake Michigan during the summer.
Interesting Fact About Me: My toxic trait is turning every single vacation into a food itinerary. I love trying restaurants on the Michelin Guide. When I am not eating, I enjoy photography, discovering new music, and learning tennis.
