The Retirement Committee meets quarterly to discuss ways to improve the retirement process for current faculty, how to engage retired faculty, and to hear about current initiatives at MCW. The committee is led by Kimara Ellefson, Sr. Director Talent and Faculty Affairs and Seth Flynn, Executive Director Alumni Relations and is comprised of retired MCW faculty and staff.
