After clicking the submit button, you will be asked to pay the registration fee through PayPal. When you get to the PayPal site, go directly to the lower bar that provides the option to pay with debit or credit card. The top two bars in the “Pay with PayPal” section should be BLANK – please do not enter your email address in the top bar and if one appears there, please remove it before proceeding to the lower bar (“Pay with Debit or Credit Card”). After clicking that lower bar, scroll down and be sure to UNCLICK the circle that says Save info & create your PayPal account.
