Pediatrics Residency Program
Residency training in Pediatrics at Children's Wisconsin is part of a highly individualized program that provides physicians in training the opportunity to reach their maximum potential while achieving clinical excellence.
Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program
By providing the framework to achieve success in research, teaching, and community service, Med-Peds residents are prepared to enter a career in clinical medicine, fellowship and academics, or administration and leadership.
Pediatrics-Anesthesiology Residency Program
The Medical College of Wisconsin and Affiliated Hospitals (MCWAH), Children’s Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital, developed the first combined Pediatric-Anesthesiology residency training program in the Midwest. This integrated residency-training platform will allow for dual board certification in both Pediatrics and in Anesthesiology after 5 years of graduate medical training; one year less than nonintegrated training curriculums, with the programmatic goal to develop leaders in the fields of Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, and their respective subspecialties.
Pediatrics-Neurology Residency Program
The Medical College of Wisconsin & Children’s Wisconsin offers a 5-year Pediatrics-Neurology training program that blends one year of pediatrics training, one year of neuroscience research, and three years of Child Neurology training.
Pediatrics Preliminary Internship Program
The Medical College of Wisconsin and Children’s Wisconsin are pleased to offer a preliminary internship in Pediatrics. This one-year position is available for candidates who require a preliminary year before entering another residency program.
