Are you interested in becoming a clinician volunteer?
Clinician volunteers should understand that this is a student run free clinic and part of their responsibility includes student education. The role of the clinician is two-fold: The primary focus is assessing patients, ordering labs, prescribing medications, reviewing patient care plans, and referring to specialists as needed. The secondary focus is working with medical and pharmacy students to enhance their learning. If you have questions, please contact the Clinician Director, Dr. Steven Du, at sdu@mcw.edu.
