Our team is comprised of people with lived experience who are experts in violence prevention and intervention in their neighborhoods and communities. They have received extensive training on the following topics: Violence Interruption and Reduction (VIRT), Hospital-Based Violence Intervention (HVIP), Stop the Bleed, Academy for Transformational Change (including becoming certified trainers), Professional Community Intervention Training Institute (PCITI), NARCAN administration, and Mental Health First Aid.
