Your benefits may differ slightly based on full-time or part-time status, as well as position level.

Health Care Flexible Spending

Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending

Basic Life

  • Provided at no cost to eligible employees
  • Faculty, staff physicians and exempt staff receive 1x salary up to $100,000
  • Non-exempt staff & postdoctoral fellows receive 1x salary up to $50,000
  • Travel Assistance coverage included

Why is this important?
Free life and AD&D insurance coverage from MCW helps ensure that your dependent(s) will receive compensation in the event of your unexpected death or dismemberment.

Voluntary Life

High-Level Overview

  • Employees: 1x to 8x salary, up to maximum of $1,000,000
  • Spouses: $5,000 increments; subject to maximum of 3.5x the employee’s Basic Annual Earnings (up to $150,000)
  • Children: $10,000 for each eligible child

Disability

Mandatory 403b

  • Eligible employees are automatically enrolled after two years and 100% vested

Voluntary 403b
