Endocrinology Fellowship Educational Conferences and Presentations
Our fellows attend an array of conferences. Most conferences take place on Thursdays and as such, fellows have limited clinic responsibilities so that they can focus on learning and conference attendance.
Endocrine Grand RoundsThis monthly conference is presented by Faculty, fellows, or outside speakers from around the country.
Core CurriculumThis weekly didactic conference is presented by specialty faculty from the Division of Endocrinology and Molecular Medicine and other Departments at the Medical College of Wisconsin. The curriculum is divided into subspecialty areas and each section starts with in-depth learning of the pathophysiology.
Journal club is held weekly. Fellows present and review a paper from the current literature. In this conference, fellows learn to read and critically evaluate the endocrine literature.
Clinical Case Conference
Fellows and faculty present challenging and instructive cases with discussion and review of current literature.
