National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI)
The MCW NCBI leadership group, known as the Coalition Builders, is trained to provide NCBI workshops on our campus. Currently, the Coalition Builders are comprised of eighteen MCW faculty and staff who serve as active trainers. Each of the team members participated in a three-day Train-the-Trainer to develop skills to lead a workshop.

Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee (DIAC)
The DIAC is a group of MCW leaders, both appointed and elected, who promote, identify, and drive implementation of actions that advance a diverse community and leverage inclusion as a driver of innovation and excellence across MCW. Subcommittees are in the exploration stage.
