Edwin Ellison Surgical Society
The Edwin Ellison Surgical Society (EESS) is the Alumni Society of the Medical College of Wisconsin General Surgery Residency. It is named in honor of the internationally-recognized surgeon Edwin H. Ellison, MD. Dr. Ellison united all the surgical residency programs in the Milwaukee area into one program and served as the first Chair of Surgery at MCW.
