Joining Forces Program
Joining Forces leverages Military-Civilian partnerships to decrease preventable injury deaths, facilitate clinical knowledge exchanges, and increase the clinical readiness for military medical providers.
The Joining Forces Program fosters inter-agency and inter-departmental collaboration for training & education, translational research, clinical care, and community engagement to advance and support the objectives of the Medical College of Wisconsin Comprehensive Injury Center (CIC): To achieve zero preventable deaths from injury, both in the community and on the battlefield. We are a distinguished leader in this field because we are:
- The premier clinical training partner of the US Department of Defense.
- A pioneer in DoD-related biomedical and health science research.
- A team of quality-driven, dedicated, and innovative providers who strive to improve the health of the communities we serve.
