Jon Hammes is the managing partner of Hammes Company – a healthcare consulting firm providing strategic planning, facility development and real estate advisory to the healthcare industry. Hammes Partners is a registered institutional private equity fund that develops and acquires healthcare facilities on behalf of pension funds, endowments and foundations nationally.

Ranked as the nation’s top developer of healthcare facilities for 12 consecutive years by Modern Healthcare magazine, Hammes Company serves major hospitals, healthcare systems and physician groups across the country. Prior to forming Hammes Company in 1991, Mr. Hammes was a partner for Trammell Crow Company and a member of its management board.

Mr. Hammes earned a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree, Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis, from the University of Wisconsin.
