Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Neurosurgery Neuroendovascular Surgery Fellowship

Welcome from Program Co-Directors, Marc Lazzaro, MD and John D. Nerva, MD

Thank you for your interest in the Neuroendovascular Surgery fellowship program at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Our program aims to provide comprehensive training in neurointervention techniques and care of patients with a broad spectrum of neurovascular disorders.

Successful applicants to this program must have completed a neurology, neurosurgery, or radiology residency in an ACGME-accredited program and should be board eligible or board certified in the respective field. Additional pre-requisites for those completing a neurology residency include either a stroke or neurocritical care fellowship. Applicants completing a radiology residency should also complete a neuroradiology fellowship with at least six months of focused clinical service in neurosurgery, vascular neurology, or a neurocritical care program.
