Medical College of Wisconsin Chiropractic Student Preceptorship Program
Candidates will provide a letter of intent, current CV, copy of their transcript, proof of good academic standing, and a letter of recommendation from a faculty member at their institution. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria of their institution to participate in a preceptorship.
Following the process below does not guarantee a rotation, but it is your best opportunity for placement.
An affiliation agreement and program memorandum with the Medical College of Wisconsin are required prior to student placement. Students planning to apply to the preceptorship should have their institution contact email@example.com with the subject line “DC preceptorship” to begin the process.
