Funding Proposals & Budgets in eBridge
Course Description: Individual training session in eBridge, featuring a guided tour of the dashboard, Funding Proposal and Budget SmartForms navigation, and overview of funding proposal workflow in eBridge. This session is conducted via Microsoft Teams.

GCO Agreements in eBridge
Course Description: Individual training session in eBridge for Principal Investigators (PIs) and Proposal Team members who create, edit, or submit Agreements module SmartForms, including Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Data Use and Transfer Agreements (DUAs), and Material and Data Transfer Agreements (MDAs). This session is conducted via Microsoft Teams.

The Office of Research provides virtual instructor led or on-demand OnCore training. Role based OnCore training is required for research support staff.

OnCore training is available through either a live virtual training session or an on-demand recorded training video.

  • Live virtual training: To schedule an individual training session with an OnCore trainer, email oncore@mcw.edu.
  • On-demand training: Access the OnCore Training Index (Intranet access required). Each course includes a link to the corresponding on-demand training video in Workday.

Study Payments for Coordinators
Prior to training, you must have an account setup for a Study Coordinator role. Make sure your manager requests a Study Payments account with the role " Participant Check in and Pay" using the sign up form. Then, take the online training at the URL provided by Finance.
