Prospective Students at MCW-Central Wisconsin

MCW-Central Wisconsin is committed to providing high-caliber learners with the tools and resources to succeed.

Why Choose MCW-Central Wisconsin

MCW-Central Wisconsin works in partnership with the best academic and medical facilities in the region. If you love the quality of life that comes with year-round outdoor sports and entertainment, balanced with great schools and quality family life in a mid-size city with top amenities, this campus may be for you.

MCW-Central Wisconsin provides an innovative and focused 3-year curriculum to train primary care physicians (family medicine, pediatrics and internal medicine), and psychiatrists who want to live and work in the region when they complete their medical education. The program is community-focused, involving many community providers and organizations in the outstanding curricular activities for our learners. We offer small class sizes and the chance to get to know your faculty in the classroom and in the clinical setting. Students work side-by-side with community physicians while on clerkship rotations. By choosing MCW-Central Wisconsin, you can help ensure the sustainability of the healthcare system in our region.

Our program offers contemporary learning technology, state-of-the art classrooms and labs, and the ability to get plenty of one-on-one attention from some of the best physicians in the region to help you learn how to become a world-class doctor and a leader in your community. If this sounds like the place for you, learn more and join us at MCW-Central Wisconsin.
