The Molecular Biology facilities allow for the delineation of the basic mechanism of action and biological processes involved in spinal card injury. Featured equipment include BSLII hoods for cell maintenance, Eppendorf refrigerated microcentrifuge, Roche 480 Lightcycler for RT-PCR, Fisher Isotemp CO2 water-jacketed incubators, Bio-Rad ChemiDoc XRS system for visualization of electrophoresis and western blots.
